Purpose:
Isovision is a new concept of Presbylasik. no myopia at all is necessary to get good vision for the both distant and near vision in each eye
Setting:
author shows results for myopic, emmetropic , hyperopic and even pseudo-phakic patients
Methods:
patients from 10 countries have been enrolled in a clinical study. isovision is available on Wavelight Allegretto 400 Hz and Alcon EX500
Results:
results are predictable and good in the three groups. 95% can read without glasses
Conclusions:
ISOVISION is the only one presbylasik technique which can give really 20/20 j1 in each eye wihtout using myopia FINANCIAL INTEREST: One of more of the authors... gains financially from product or procedure presented
