Purpose:
To remember one of the late complications after successful Penetrating Keratoplasty in patiens with the previus diagnosis of Keratoconus

Methods:
Keratoconus is an axial bilateral non inflammatory corneal ectasia of unkwon etiology. Its have been associated with many systemic and ocular diseases. It is kwon that it could hace an inheritance pattern
Penetrating Keratoplasty is a therapeutic option in advanced cases
Recurrent Keratoconus is a possible late complication of successful Keratoplasties To do this we present a clinical case of a 57 year-old woman who undergone successfully bilateral penetrating corneal grafts for keratoconus 24 years ago for OS and 22 years ago for OR. She had not history of Eye Rubbing.

OR: Transparent Corneal Graft with vertical striae at Descement´s membrane (Vogt-like). No signs of allograft Rejection

Fundus:
OR: Normal.
OS: Late Laser signs at 12 o´clock. Retinal Whole sealed
