Purpose:
1/ To present a novel device that enables pressurized open sky conventional surgery (the AViSC device) 2/ Enables ultrafast orthotropic placement and pressurization of the Anterior Segment during PKP surgery without sutures 3/ enables excimer laser trephination and suturing with the device onto the patient (the Eyelock device)

Results:
There are no clinical results to date to support our claims
Conclusions:
A 'lasik-like' Version of pentetrating keratoplasty as well as a new way to suture the graft (the TRICK-technique) into the recipient cornea is presented FINANCIAL INTEREST: NONE
