Results:
Each of the 5 mistakes, the rational why they were wrong, the methods how to manage these patients, and five pearls how to avoid similar cases were fully discussed.
Conclusions:
IOL monovision does not work for all patients. Long standing suppressed eye may not work in IOL monovision where fusion function may be compromised. Monofixation syndrome is contraindicated. Amblyopia does not work well. Dominant test may not be always the right guide to follow.
