Total regression of the tumour achieved after 6 weeks from the start of the course .

After 11 months from the beginning of topical MMC we noticed two small lesions measuring less than 2 mm in size located in the supero-nasal part of the conjunctiva left eye , taking fluorescein stain . We started the patient on 5 Fluorouracil 1% eye drops qid for 3 weeks which results in complete regression of the lesions .
