Abstract Details

Purpose:

To report a technique of host Descemetic scaffolding for decreasing graft dislocation in PDEK and DMEK

Setting:

Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Chennai

Methods:

12 patients were included in this prospective interventional case series.Host Descemet's was used as a peripheral scaffold for decreasing the rate of graft rejection.

Results:

Graft dislocation rate as well as re-bubbling rate was decreased.

Conclusions:

Host Descemetic scaffolding is a useful technique to decrease rate of graft detachment.
