Three male and six female patients with bilateral disease aged between 3 to 14 years were included. The mean follow-up time was 61.55±42.68 (25-147) months.Meibomitis, blepharitis, conjunctival hyperemia, and punctuate keratitis were present in each case. Cutaneous involvement was present in six (66.7%), limbal involvement in 8 (%88.9), chalazia in five, corneal infiltrates in two patients.Topical antibiotic drops and warm compresses were given in each cases, topical 0.05% cyclosporine in four and lipid containing artificial tears in two children.Systemic antibiotic treatment (doxycycline, erythromycin or azythromycin) were given to six cases that showed favorable improvement at least three months following the therapy.
