Booth Space Reservation - Now Closed
Booth space for Prague can be reserved online via the Exhibitor resource centre (ERC).
Please log on to the Exhibitor resource centre. *You will need to create your own Exhibitor Account in order to reserve space. No reservations can be taken by fax or email.

Once space is reserved you will have entered into a contract with ESCRS. Please note all cancellation policies carefully.
Shell schemes, furniture and fittings and other extras can be hired at additional costs, and must be ordered on-line through the ERC, details
of which will be sent to you on receipt of full booth space payment. Bookings without credit card details will not be accepted. Companies wishing to have
adjacent or shared space must submit their requests on the official online exhibition reservation form.
Book Space
Exhibition Rates:
- Booth space rental: €350
per square metre (booth space only)
- Optional extras:
available on-line from November 2011.
Booth rental includes:
1. Space only
2. Company and Product Listing on the ESCRS website
3. One Priority Point per €1000 spent on booth space rental
Payment Information:
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the exhibition space is due
on or before 1 October 2011
Full payment for booth space is due by 11 November 2011
In the event that full payment has not been received by
11 November 2011, the Organiser reserves the right to
reallocate booth space.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Notification of cancellation of exhibition space must be received
in writing by the Organiser on or before 11th November 2011. If
notification of a cancellation is received prior to 11th November 2011,
and booth space has been paid in full, a refund of 75% of the total cost
of the booth space will be issued. If only deposit payment has been made
this will not be refunded.
- If notification of a cancellation of booth space is received after 11th
November 2011 and the booth space has been paid in full then there
will be no refund of any amount. If notification of a cancellation of booth
space is received after 11th November 2011 and only the deposit
payment has been received then the remaining 75% of the cost of the
booth space will be due for payment.
- If notification of a cancellation of booth space is received after 11th
November 2011 and no deposit payment has been received then 100%
of the cost of the booth space will be due for payment.
If payment is not received within 30 days of cancellation the outstanding
amount will be charged to the registered credit card.
Applications for Exhibition Space
- Applications for exhibition space must be made online by creating an exhibitor account on the Exhibitor Resource Centre (ERC) www.escrs.org.
Applications will not be processed unless a valid credit card has been registered to the account (the card is not charged automatically as all payments may
also be completed by bank transfer). A 25% deposit must be received by the ESCRS office within 1 week of the booth space booking.
- Full booth space
payment is due by Friday 11 November. Please note that booth space can be reallocated after this time unless payment is received in full.
Please also note
that outstanding invoices from previous congresses must be settled before your booth reservation can be processed.
Allocation of Space
Exhibition space will be assigned in November 2011 and confirmation of booth locations will be posted after the allocations have been made. Please note
that requests for placement away from other exhibiting companies may limit booth positioning.
