Visa Information & Application
for the 16th ESCRS Winter Meeting

• Please check with your nearest Embassy of the Czech Republic or the Czech Republic Consulate if you
  require a visa to enter the Czech Republic and how the visa can be obtained. Some general information is
  available at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic website - CLICK HERE
• Visas from Consulate / Embassy should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date as it
  may take several weeks to obtain a visa. Please note that while the ESCRS wishes to assist their delegates
  by providing a conference  invitation letter we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of the
  delegates and we are not in position to influence the Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.
• The invitation is intended to help potential delegates to obtain a visa and will not imply any commitment on
  the part of the Organizer to provide any financial support.
