Methods:
We report postoperative results at three months  after cataract surgery with Ophtec NVA1 or 0 IOL.  The main critera was uncorrected visual acuity in far, intermediate and near vision. Secondary criterias were spectacle independency and quality of vision measured with a questionnaire about side-effects of multifocal iols . Adverse events and complications were recorded.
Results:
We report results for 30 eyes of 15 patients. Postoperative uncorrected mean distance visual acuity was 0.03 logmar. 80% of patients achieved Parinaud 2 in near vision and spectacle independency while the others needed occasionally spectacle use.
