All exhibitors will be listed on the Virtual Exhibition on this website commencing May 2019. There is no fee for this listing.

We have received several queries regarding email communications from companies offering listing serivces and implying that they are representing ESCRS Congresses and Winter Meetings. Please note that the companies making these representations are in no way affiliated with ESCRS and we cannot vouch for the services which they are offering. If you are unsure whether a representation is legitimate or not, please contact us.

With over 44,000 views in the last 12 months, the ESCRS Virtual Exhibitions are a comprehensive information resource for all delegates. They provide information about Exhibitors and their booths several months prior to the congress taking place.

The Virtual Exhibition offers Exhibitors the chance to display their organisation on the ESCRS website and is an optimum vehicle to target ESCRS members, congress delegates and all ophthalmic professionals with company/product information.

All Exhibitors will receive an enhanced listing, free of charge, which will provide an opportunity to display the following information:

(1) Company Name
(2) Website Address + Contact Information
(3) 100 Word Corporate Listing on Products and Services
(4) List of Products and Services
(5) Logo (.png or .jpeg format)
(6) Booth Number

Submission Format*
Information must be uploaded via the Virtual Exhibition Task of each Exhibitor's ERC account. Please do not use underlining but do include the ™, ® and other symbols as relevant. Corporate listings are limited to a maximum of 100 words and are subject to submission deadlines. Please provide logos as .pngs or .jpgs where possible.

Congress App

The Congress App is available to download several weeks prior to the congress and includes an interactive version of the virtual exhibtiion.
