Purpose:
To show no changes in axial length measurements after myopic Visian ICL implantation
Setting:

Methods:
We have performed preoperatively and 1 month postoperatively an axial length measurement using the Iolmaster v.5 version in 25 patients (50 eyes) wearing Visian ICL phakic lenses
Results:
The mean change in axial length alter myopic Visian ICLimplantation is not stadisticaly significant in a grup of patients with miopķa rnaging from -4 to -13 diopters.
Conclusions:
There is no need of special measurements for achieving the correct axial length measurement after myopic Visan ICL implantation
