Purpose:
To determine the comparability and repeatability of corneal curvature, elevation, aberrometric and pachymetry data using three different Scheimpflug imaging technologies.

Methods:
This prospective, randomized study included 60 eyes of 60 healthy patients, that had Scheimpflug imaging using: Pentacam (Oculus Pentacam), Galilei (Ziemer) and Sirius (Schwind). 3 repeated measurements were obtained by 2 experienced operator. Keratometry measurements, pachymetry at the center and the thinnest point of the cornea, corneal aberrations, and anterior and posterior elevation values were obtained and compared. The repeatability and reproducibility of the measurements were evaluated using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) and the Bland-Altman method.
Results:
Mean maximum keratometry were 42.89 Diopters (D), 42.99 D and 43.01D using the Pentacam, Galilei and Sirius respectively. Mean pachymetry at the thinnest point of the cornea were 549.55 um, 547.55 um and 538.9 um using the Pentacam, Galilei and Sirius respectively. Mean posterior elevation at the thinnest point of the cornea were 4.45 um , 5.2 um and -1.65 using the Pentacam, Galilei and Sirius respectively. The ICC was over 0.75 in the Pentacam and Galilei.
Conclusions:
The repeatability of all measurements was good in all 3 devices. Pentacam and Galilei showed more similar measures compared to Sirius.
