Purpose: To report a case of bilateral peripheral sterile corneal infiltrates after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK).

The patient received topical treatment by steroid and antibiotic with complete resolution of the corneal infiltrates and final BCDVA of 20/25 with faint corneal scarring.
Conclusions:
Peripheral sterile corneal infiltrate can occur after PRK with excellent prognosis. The infectious causes should be suspected.
