Purpose:

Use or mis use of Mitomycin and scale use of Mitomycin should be on cornea that achieve standard.

Setting:

Laser Refractive Surgery

Methods:

In this study was used from six groups. Group A1 , was a group from refraction of patients 0-4D and in surgery was used from Mitomycin. And group A2 , was a group from refraction of patients 0-4D and in surgery wasn’t used from Mitomycin. Group B1 , was a group from refraction of patients 4-8D and in surgery was used from Mitomycin. Group B2 , was a group from refraction of patients 4-8D and in surgery wasn’t used from Mitomycin. Group C1 , was a group from refraction of patients >8.0D and in surgery was used from Mitomycin. Group C2 , was a group from refraction of patients >8.0D and in surgery wasn’t used from Mitomycin.

Results:

We Resulted in low refraction effect of use and mis use of Mitomycin is less.But in high refraction use of Mitomycin is vitual. All of above groups , we divide into two groups (each group has ten patients) first group 30 seconds and second groups 60 seconds Mitomycin is one the cornea that only in group C1 and C2 had effect.

Conclusions:

Use of Mitomycin from haziness prevent and in high refraction using in long time is more effective. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE?: No
