Purpose:
To evaluate the common pattern of Higher order aberrations after implanting CACHET PIOLs and to compare it with HOA pattern after ICL implantation for high myopia.
Setting:
Cairo Unoversity, Egypt
Methods:
Fifteen eyes with uneventful CACHET implantations were compared to the same number of eyes with ICL implantations, evaluation will be done by measuring both Corneal wavefront (using a Tomey TMS 5 topographer) and TOTAL higher-order aberrations (measured by the VisX Wavescan aberrometer) both preoperatively and then one month postoperatively.
Results:
The final results are still under statistical evaluation, they will be reported in detail in the presentation
