Abstract Details

Purpose:

To determine if Annidis RHA MSI is a useful adjunct in non invasive retino-choroidal evaluation to determine cause of BCVA limitation.

Setting:

A clinical private practice setting

Methods:

66 patients underwent MSI for clinical evaluation of reduced vision and to determine if there was easily definable retino-choroidal abnormalities that were contributory to the limited BCVA.

Results:

11 eyes were found to have RPEabnormalities. 7 had choroidal pigmentary abnormalities and 3 were found to have epiretinal macular abnormalities.

Conclusions:

RHA MSI is an extremely quick and efficient en face imager that can provide significant additional deep retino-choroidal information non invasively to rapidly lead to a retino-choroidal dagnosis as the etiology of reduced BCVA. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE?: No
