Purpose:

To Present safer ways of performing phacoemulsification in Unexpected cases of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome

Setting:

University of Dammam, Saudi

Methods:

Histroy and examination of 63 years old male patient with the diagnosis of cataract is presented

Results:

visual acuity was 20/40 sc in the first post operative day with clear cornea and round pupil
