Purpose:
To be aimed at the everlasting difficulty in referring to ophthalmic clinical examination data range, the ophthalmic examination information database software is developed to provide convenient data management and to facilitate scientific research.
Setting:
MiCo, Milano Congressi (formerly Fiera Milano City), Milan, Italy
Methods:
Based on the ophthalmic clinical examination results analysis, ophthalmic clinical examination information database is designed with Microsoft Access 2003 database software as its platform, and is put to use after networking test.
Results:
The ophthalmic examination information database is initially built. With a friendly system interface, the software can comprehensively collect examination information for ophthalmic patients, and can share data in the local area network and preserve the data safely and reliably.
Conclusions:
Establishment of ophthalmic examination information database is beneficial for clinical examination data collection, collation, and is convenient for patient follow-up and source material management. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE?: No
