Purpose:

Limiting ranges for correcting high myopia are corneal thickness and pupil diameter

Setting:

Methods:

20 eyes of 12 patients with myopic range from -6 D til - 18 D get implanted the new anterior chamber phacic IOL Acrysof Cachet.

Results:

Refractive outcome,Predictability,Safety and Efficacy were satisfatory

Conclusions:
