Purpose:
To report a case of Subacute bilateral hypopionic uveitis and pan uveitis in a refral case of Behcet patient

Results:
Careful questioning of the patient and detailed examination of the eye for other signs is necessary to guide the differential diagnosis and relevant investigations. We present a case of a patient, with a 20 year history of behcet disease and occular manifestation of bilateral hypopionic uveitis in ophthalmic consultation. Hypopion resolved shortly therafter of instition therapy but retinal lesion and long lasting posterior synchia not responding so.
Conclusions:
Hypopion uveitis is considered in the context of the associated ocular and systemic diseases that cause it. Steroid therapy, which lead to significant remission of symptoms, if missed diagnosis, it can have serious sequel for the patient, a rational approach based on the understanding of the causes of hypopyon uveitis is imperative.
