The POCKETMAKER is a technical most advanced microkeratome which is very easy to use. It is the only microkeratome worldwide, which allows the creation of an almost entirely closed intracorneal pocket of sufficient size (optical zone) via just a small tunnel. The MYORING can be considered a permanent contact lens, which, rather than beeing placed on top of the cornea, is squeezed into the cornea slightly underneath the corneas surface. The myoring is developed and designed for the treatment of keratoconus and myopia up to almost 20 diopters
