Purpose:

to report post operative DALK complications and their management

Setting:

centre d’ophtalmologie de l’hôpital international universitaire Cheikh zayed , UIASS , Rabat

Methods:

data obteined from 117 DALK performed at the centre between 2017 and 2019 were analyzed. We reviewed the file of 117 patients who had presented postoperative complications and their management.

Results:

double anterieur chamber developed in 3%  , endothelium detachement was diagnosed in 4 eyes in the early postoperative period and managed by air injections . 1% of Patients presented infectious keratitis was managend by fortified treatement.3% Rejections , 5% neovascularisations , glaucome and lens opacification in 1% .

Conclusions:

postoperative cure is critical for a successuful surgery . The anticipation of postoperative complications is important and preventive measures should be taken.when it occur proper management is essentiel and improved graft survival.
