Methods:
Immature cataract removal by phacoemulsification with implantation of multifocal IOL. Procedure performance was uneventful. Corneal tunnel was of standard size 2.2 mm. Also she noticed rapid decrease of her BCVA from 20/30 down to 20/400 and simultaneous visualising deterioration of descemetitis. Extensive DMD was detected using corneal OCT and bubbling was performed immediately after the detection.
Results:
UVCA was 20/30 on next day after bubbling, increase and stabilised up to 20/25 in 2 weeks. Complains and inflammation symptoms are absent.
