Visual acuity is lt;1/10 in the majority of patients.Marfan's disease is found in 8 cases, The therapeutic management depends on the lesional balance sheet and the complications. 75% of patients with posterior dislocation benefited from a posterior vitrectomy followed by a clean extraction called the crystalline lens. y. The complications include 6 cases of hypertonia, 3 cases of corneal edema, 2 case of retinal detachment and a case of cystoid macular edema.
