Purpose:
The AA. describes a terrible severe case of TEN (toxic epidermal necrolysis) due to paroxetyn assumption. The patient had blisters which covered 60% of his body. He reached the physical therapy Department of their hospital after 4 (four) months passed in Burns Unit at Pisa Hospital. At first examination he had a RE complete corneal melting with severe neovascularization and LE corneal neovascularization .

Versilia hospital Italy
Methods:
We began a therapy with steroids, lacrimal substitutes, antibiotics and autologous serum in both eyes
Results:
After one year of therapy RE remained unchanged and LE has a visual acuity of 14/20 with corneal vessels and inferior simblepharon
Conclusions:
A long term therapy with autologus serum can be helpful in these terrible severe cases
