Purpose:
To introduce Corneoplastique(TM) as an art of vision surgery to include the entire spectrum of Premium Kerato-Lenticulo-Refractive techniques and using the cornea as a visual rehabilitative platform with a Refractive mindset irrespective of the anterior segment /corneal pathology.
Setting:

Methods:
Patients with anterior segment anomalies including corneal irregularities and scars, keratoconus,lens based phakic and pseudophakic dysfunction and Laser refractive complications underwent single or staged, least interventional approaches using full spectrum Kerato-Lenticuo-Refractive techniques to result in excellent unaided visual outcomes.Followup ranges from 1 month to 16 years
Results:
Patients with various anterior segment optical malfunctions and refractive erros including dissatisfied outcomes who otherwise were looking at extensive and interventional surgeries have resulted in excellent unaided visual outcomes with early recovery and long term stability.
Conclusions:
Corneoplastiqueâ„¢ provides a new approach to the entire range of poor, miscalculated or complicated outcomes of corneal to lens based anterior chamber dysfunctions using refractive surgery principles with minimally interventional, aesthetically pleasing and brief surgical approaches to excellent unaided visual outcomes
