Methods:
Roayah Vision Correction Center, Alexandria, Egypt. and International Femto-Multi-center prospective non comparative case series carried out on 4834 eyes of 2678 myopic patients treated with femtosecond laser SMILE from 2010. Uuncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) , best spectacle corrected visual acuity(BSCVA), manifest refraction and contrast sensitivity were measured in all cases.
Results:
Mean preoperative UCVA , BSCVA and spherical equivalents were 0 .1 ,0.8 and -4.93 respectively vs mean postoperative 0.83, 0.9 and -0.37.
