Abstract Details
Purpose: 
To present an efficient management of band-keratopathy with 2 different multi-procedures for each eye. 
Setting: 
 1. Ophthalmology Department of  Central Medical Office of Thessaloniki of Police Association   
2. Ophthalmos team.    
3. 1st University Department of Ophthalmology of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, AHEPA Hospital. 
Methods: 
 A 69 old female diagnosed of band keratopathy in both eyes and decided to be performed a PKP to right eye.  The initial outcome was very good but two years later, appeared a corneal haze at the graft. Our team performed PTK laser procedure for corneal haze at right and a topical EDTA chelation for band debridement on left eye.  Finally in both eyes was performed a cataract surgery procedure with a toric IOL in right eye for high residual astigmatism after  PKP and a normal IOL in left eye following with a YAG laser procedure. 
Results: 
 Two months after the final procedure vision acuity was 7/10 in both eyes. 
Conclusions: 
 We present an efficient management of band-keratopathy with 2 different multi-procedures for each eye.
