Abstract Details
Purpose: 
Intraoperative aberrometry is a reasonable addition to preoperative IOL calculation, especially in the atypical eyes - irregular, non-proportional, after laser vision correction, or radial keratotomy. The combination of intraoperative aberrometry and digital marking is the complete solution for refractive lens surgery 
Setting: 
 St Adalbert Hospital, Poznan, Poland 
Methods: 
 Presentation of atypical cases, including intraoperative videos and patterns of practice 
Results: 
 The addition of ORA was crucial in determining the correct outcomes of the surgery 
Conclusions: 
 Intraoperative aberrometry is the crucial addition to the modern refractive lens surgery practice
