This 57 year-old patient wanted his left eye blinded after his cataract surgery because of monocular diplopia due to irregular astigmatism secondary to post-LASIK ectasia. Ater implantation of an intraocular pinhole and an IOL exchange, we were able to successfully manage this challenging case and give this patient a comfortable and useful vision.
